The general manager (GM) of Northern Railway, Ashutosh Gangal, will arrive for inspection of Dehradun Railway Station by a special train on Thursday.
Informing about this, the station master of Dehradun railway station, Sitaram Sonkar said many other officials of the railway division like divisional railway manager (DRM), divisional mechanical engineer (DME) and chief operating manager (COM) among others will also accompany the GM during his visit.
He stated that the GM and other officials will arrive in a special train of nine coaches on Thursday morning.
According to the station master, any specific reason for Gangal’s visit has not been given to the officials here but it is possible that he might inspect ongoing construction works and other projects under the Northern Railway here besides inspecting the Dehradun Railway Station.
