The 6th edition of the prestigious Dream Startup Challenge was organized by Young Indians and Confederation of Indian Industries in association with AIC Rabindranath Tagore University on Sunday.
Startup Kutumb, run by founder Vinay Satyanarayana, was declared the winner. At the same time, Startups "HoloShiksha" and "Clever Kisan" have got second and third position respectively in the Dream Startup Challenge. The announcement was made at the valedictory function of the Dream Startup Challenge 2021 held online. Samar Singla, founder and CEO of startups like "Firefly" and "Jungleworks", venture capital, private equity ecosystem Microsoft and Gautam Siva Ramakrishnan, director, Headstart Network Foundation, were present as keynote speakers.
Apart from this, Siddharth Chaturvedi, Vice President of AISECT Group and Director of AIC RNTU, Pulkit Sharma, President Young Indians, Mihir Merchant, Vice President, CII Bhopal Zone and Ronald Fernandes, CEO of AIC RNTU were prominently present.
At the beginning of the programme, Siddharth Chaturvedi, Vice President of AISECT Group and Director of AIC RNTU, gave a welcome statement and welcomed all the speakers and everyone present in the program. Along with this, he gave information about the idea of Dream Startup Challenge and its launch.It is worth noting that the Dream Startup Challenge was organized in three phases in which initially more than 100 startups applied.
In this, prize of Rs 50,000, 30,000 and 20,000 were given as prizes to the first, second and third winners. The jury members of the Dream Startup Challenge include Nikhil Kaushik, Managing Director, Fortcaps Healthcare Ltd and Chairman, Bhopal Chapter CII, Ankit Machar, Head, Eco System Development, NEN India, Kaustubh Jadhav, Founder Partner, Syndicap Venture Partners, Kumar Sparsh, Unicorn India Ventures, Bari Labs. Founder and CEO, Taha Malik. Mihir Merchant, Vice President, CII Bhopal Zone, gave the vote of thanks at the end.
