A mutilated body of a Deputy Superintendent of Police’s (DSP) wife was found on the railway track at Kodasinghi near the Gopalpur over-bridge in Brahmapur in Ganjam district on Thursday.
The deceased Sushama Pradhan was wife of Gajapati DSP Anil Pradhan. She was residing at Kalinga Vihar under the Baidyanathpur police station in Brahmapur.
Sources said she was hit by a train when she was trying to reach the other side to visit a temple.
