The JK Paper Mills here celebrated the 86th birthday of its founder late Harshankar Singhania with a mega blood donation camp organised in association with the Red Cross Blood Bank, District Headquarters Hospital at JK Medical Centre, Jaykaypur.
The camp was inaugurated by company Vice-President (Works) PK Suri. He paid homage to Singhania. As many as 125 units of blood were donated by the employees and their wards, Satya Sai Seva Samiti members and public. Dr MN Maziz, Blood Bank in-Charge and Saroj Acharya from Rayagada Blood Bank attended the camp.
This programme was organised by the JKPM Welfare Department. RK Das, Sr Manager (Welfare & Guest Relation), HH Khamari, Asst Manager (CSR) and Rabindra Kumar Bisoyee, Welfare Officer coordinated this programme.
Among others, Vinaya Dwivedi, Vice-President (Mfg), Sundeep Pandey, General Manager (HR & IR), Dr Padma Yeswant, Chief Manager (JK Medical Centre) and SK Nath, Sr. Manager (PR) were also present.
