In an age, when the present generation is witnessing and exhibiting a shift in the value systems, civic sense, love and respect for the elders, JH Tarapore School has taken up an initiative to create an awareness about issues concerning the society at its school. The campaign has been named ‘Jamshedpur I Care’.
The initiative encompasses projects for different segments of the school. The Kg Department has the hand washing project to develop the habit of cleanliness, the Primary Department has projects of tree plantation, caring for grandparents, water conservation, say no to plastic drives and the senior school has projects of ‘Shram Daan’ in school and outside promoting ‘Dignity to all kinds of labour’.
“At J H Tarapore School we believe our small thoughtful acts will spread to the whole town & bring about a great change,” noted lata Sharat, principal of the school.
