‘She Shakti’ concludes at DU, 10,000 students participate

The ‘She Shakti’ programme, organised by the Vasantotsav Committee in collaboration with the Government of Delhi, concluded successfully on Monday at Delhi University (DU), marking a historic cultural milestone.
Held at the University’s Multipurpose Hall, the event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of more than 10,000 women students from various colleges of the University, who widely appreciated the initiative.
Featuring Bhajan Clubbing alongside diverse cultural performances, the programme presented a unique confluence of spirituality and modern expression.
The core objective of the programme was to provide a positive, empowering, and creative platform for women-a goal that was achieved with remarkable success. Senior officials of DU, principals from various colleges, faculty members, and a large number of students graced the occasion. The distinguished guests openly commended the programme’s vision, organisation, and far-reaching impact. The Programme Convener, Dr Neha, Professor at Satyawati College, remarked that ‘She Shakti’ is not merely a cultural programme but a celebration of women’s consciousness, inner strength, and collective creativity.
The highlight of the evening was the performance by Keshavam Band, during which thousands of students were seen swayingjoyfully to the rhythm of devotional hymns.
