Sanjay Raut alleges Rebel Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs were paid ₹10 crore each and shifted to Rajasthan

Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut escalated his allegations against dissident party MPs, claiming they were offered additional payments of ₹10 crore each and shifted to a secure location in Rajasthan amid rising internal tensions within the party.
Raut alleged that the rebel MPs were earlier offered ₹15 crore and were now being given additional funds as part of attempts to influence their political allegiance. He further claimed that these developments were part of a larger effort to destabilise the Uddhav Thackeray-led faction.
The Rajya Sabha MP also referred to the ongoing political turbulence within the Shiv Sena (UBT), asserting that attempts were being made to poach elected representatives. He urged the dissident MPs to resign from their Lok Sabha seats if they intended to switch sides and face re-election.
His remarks come amid heightened speculation of a split within the party, with reports suggesting that a section of MPs has distanced itself from recent party meetings and whips issued by the leadership.
The claims have added to the escalating political confrontation between the Shiv Sena (UBT) and the rival Eknath Shinde-led faction, which has already seen multiple rounds of defections and legal disputes over party control.
