PM Modi to inaugurate Sardardham Bhavan in Vadodara on May 11

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Vadodara on May 11 to inaugurate the newly constructed Sardardham Bhavan in Central Gujarat.
The invitation for the inauguration ceremony was extended by Sardardham president Gagji Sutariya, who, along with trustees, recently met the Prime Minister in New Delhi. The visit comes shortly after the conclusion of Gujarat’s local self-government elections.
Earlier, there were speculations that PM Modi would travel to Ahmedabad to cast his vote during the local body polls. However, he put those rumours to rest by voting via postal ballot from Delhi.
During his upcoming visit, the Prime Minister is expected to receive a grand welcome in Vadodara. A special felicitation programme is also being planned, which will see the participation of members of the Patidar community and other dignitaries.
The inauguration of Sardardham Bhavan is being seen as a significant event for the region, highlighting the growing socio-cultural infrastructure in Central Gujarat.
