JSS University begins six-day orientation programme

JSS University, Noida, on Monday inaugurated its six-day orientation and induction programme for the Academic Year 2026-27, marking the beginning of an exciting academic journey for more than 1,700 newly admitted students of B Tech, B Pharm and D Pharm programmes.
The inaugural ceremony was graced by Dr Anmol M Andhare, Joint Secretary, University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, as the chief guest, in the presence of Dr Lalith Verma, Special Officer, JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Dr HR Mahadevaswamy, Vice Chancellor, JSS University, Noida, along with senior university leadership.
Welcoming the students and parents, the Registrar Dr TGMamatha emphasised the University’s commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development. Dr RS Jagadish, Organising Chair, presented an overview of the six-day programme, while the Dean Academics introduced the University’s academic framework, interdisciplinary learning ecosystem, and industry-oriented educational approach.
