Jagran Lakecity University hosts Brown Mosten International client counselling competition

Lakecity University inaugurated the Brown Mosten International Client Consultation Competition 2026 National Selection Rounds (India), held under the aegis of the International Bar Association. The ceremony, featuring top law schools, commenced with the lighting of the lamp. Professor (Dr) Sachin Rastogi welcomed the gathering, stressing experiential learning. Chief Guest Justice Rohit Arya, Former Judge, MP High Court, called the client the “lifeline of advocacy,” prioritising empathy and ethics. National Coordinators Professor (Dr) MRK Prasad and Dr Sandhya Ram highlighted the competition’s global legacy. Following a briefing by Saif Hussain, Dr Yash Tiwari delivered the vote of thanks, acknowledging the organising committee, including Parul Asthana, Meenakshi Dangi, and Neeraj Singh. The event was graced by Pro-Vice-Chancellor Dr Vivek Khare, Registrar Mr Pankaj Das, and other dignitaries. The competition will continue from 6th to 8th February, with the winning team earning the honour of representing India at the International Rounds in Zagreb, Croatia, according to a Press release.
