e-Lottery conducted for 350 residential plots under Madhuban-Bapudham Scheme

The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) on Thursday successfully conducted the e-lottery process for 350 residential plots under the Madhuban-Bapudham Residential Scheme. This marked a significant step towards helping families make their dream of owning a home come true. The e-lottery was conducted over two days. On August 19, allotments were made for 109 plots under Types A, B, C and D. The next day, August 20, the e-lottery for 241 plots under Types E, F, G and H was conducted.
The plots, ranging from 40 square metres to 200 square metres, were allotted through a transparent electronic process. The initiative was carried out under the guidance of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and aims to provide residential opportunities to members of the general public. The successful completion of the process brought relief and happiness to applicants who had been awaiting the outcome of the allotment.
The e-lottery also reflects the authority’s efforts to ensure transparency and fairness in the allocation of residential plots. For many successful applicants, the allotment marks the beginning of a new journey toward constructing a home and securing a stable future for their families.
With the completion of the two-day e-lottery process, 350 families have taken an important step closer to turning their long-awaited aspiration of owning a home into reality. The visible joy among successful applicants underscored the significance of the initiative.
