This Thanksgiving, MKT, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi brought the true spirit of togetherness to the table with a specially curated festive menu that celebrates community, abundance, and the joy of sharing. Inspired by the tradition of gathering around one table, the menu is designed to rekindle the warmth of shared experiences - where food, conversation, and gratitude delight.
Drawing inspiration from the bliss of Thanksgiving, MKT's culinary team envisioned a dining experience that pinnacles the plate. Each dish is crafted to be shared, presenting the comfort of family-style dining yet elevated with MKT's signature finesse. The ambience itself exhibits the season's charm, featuring winter tablescapes styled to reminisce about the welcoming zeal of the holidays, creating the perfect backdrop for meaningful connections and festive indulgence.
The Thanksgiving menu evolved as an exquisite à la carte collection of small plates, large plates, and desserts, each thoughtfully created by MKT's chefs as a celebration of craftsmanship and creativity. Highlights include the decadent Chicken Ala Kiev, the luxurious Lobster Thermidor, and the elegant Merlot Poached Pear. The star of the feast is the Traditional Turkey Dinner, a lavish centrepiece designed to serve 14-15 guests. This marks MKT's first large-scale Thanksgiving offering, bringing a complete festive turkey to the table in its most authentic form.
