Chief Minister Mohan Yadav stated that the government is fully committed to the prosperity of the state and the progress of its people.

Efforts to promote investment in Madhya Pradesh have brought remarkable success. Both small and large investments are equally significant, as the focus is on providing employment to the youth, fostering industrial development, and promoting self-employment. The Regional Industry Conclave has been instrumental in achieving these objectives.

The next conclave is scheduled to be held in Shahdol on January 16, and it is already attracting substantial investment proposals on a large scale.

During a virtual dialogue with industrialists from Shahdol, Umaria, and Anuppur late night on Monday, Chief Minister Yadav said that investment proposals worth Rs 20 thousand crore have been received for the Shahdol Industry Conclave.

He highlighted the state’s investor-friendly industrial policies, ranking fourth in the country for ‘Ease of Doing Business’ while interacting with local industrialists. To support investors, Madhya Pradesh has established 'Investment Facilitation Centers' in every district, with collectors serving as nodal officers, ensuring a seamless process for setting up industries.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav stated that collectors in all three districts of the Shahdol division have been directed to encourage and support young entrepreneurs in establishing start-ups.

The state government is committed to providing every possible assistance to promote self-employment. He also announced that the year 2025 is being celebrated as Industry Year in Madhya Pradesh. As part of this initiative, the Global Investor Summit will take place in Bhopal this February, with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurating the event. Dr. Yadav expressed pride in hosting this prestigious summit, calling it a significant achievement for the state.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that ‘Swami Vivekanand Yuva Shakti Mission’ has been started in the state. Through this mission, we will give a constructive direction to the energy of the youth and make them self-reliant. This will enable them to become job providers and ensure their participation in a developed Madhya Pradesh for a Vikasit Bharat.

Chief Minister Yadav took an innovative initiative to organize the Regional Industry Conclave for equal industrial development and employment generation in different regions of the state. The first RIC of the state was held in Ujjain on 1-2 March, in which investment proposals worth Rs one lakh crores were received.
