Special camps are being organized for KCC holder farmers on 16-01-2025, 23-01-2025, 27-01-2025 and 29-01-2025 in all 86 rural and semi-urban branches of Bank of India Ranchi Zone under the scheme 'Pay Loan and Get Loan'. In these camps, not only will the accounts of NPA KCC accounts older than 10 years be closed with a huge discount of 2.5 to 90% under the Star Sanjeevani scheme of the bank, but new KCC up to Rs 3 lakh is also being given as per their eligibility at 0% interest rate with some easy conditions. An amount of up to Rs 2 lakh will be given without mortgage and an amount of ₹ 2 lakh to 3 lakh will be given with mortgage at 0% interest. To avail the benefit of 0% interest rate, farmers will have to deposit the entire amount including interest in the account at least once a year for one day. On receipt of the full amount of settlement in the old NPA accounts, NO DUES will be given immediately and the process of approving new KCC will be started. Under this scheme, Bank of India Ranchi Zone has set a target of waiving off 70% to 90% of the loan of about 50000 KCC holder farmers. In the first phase, 11 such camps were organized on 09.01.2025 which was very successful. Therefore, Bank of India invites all its farmer brothers and sisters to participate in the camps by contacting their respective branches.
