Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development authority (UPSIDA) is set to launch e-auction for 43 prime commercial and industrial plots across the state, aimed at expanding opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors.
This upcoming e-auction will facilitate the auctioning of commercial plots in regions such as Bareilly, Jalaun, Barabanki, Prayagraj, Moradabad, and Trans Ganga City in Unnao.
The plots available through this process can be utilised for a wide range of business ventures, including warehousing, hotels, group housing, multiplexes, petrol pumps and hospitals.
Additionally, UPSIDA will also introduce industrial plots through the mega e-auction in areas like Amethi, Amroha, Banda and Hamirpur, further opening up avenues for industrial growth and economic development in the state.
This initiative is part of the Yogi Adityanath government’s broader strategy to strengthen Uttar Pradesh’s industrial infrastructure and attract more investment.
The application process for the mega e-auction has started from Friday. The reserve prices for all the plots included in the auction are set, and interested applicants can bid large amounts to secure these plots. The deadline for paying the catalogue fees, processing fees, and earnest money deposit (EMD) is October 17, while the last date for submitting the application, after completing all procedures, is October 18. The mega e-auction is scheduled to take place on October 25, during which the plots will be allotted.

In Bareilly, a 16,800 square metre plot is available for warehouse development, with a reserve price of Rs 4.51 crore. Another industrial plot measuring 18,929.12 square metre is priced at Rs 9.71 crore.
In Jalaun, a 6,600 square metre plot is available in Orai for hotel construction, with a reserve price of Rs 3.19 crore.
In Barabanki, two plots under the group housing scheme will be auctioned. Both are located at GH1 and GH2 Industrial Area, Kursi Road, each measuring 2,730.33 square metre with reserve prices of Rs 2.28 crore each.
In Prayagraj, two plots for hotels and one each for a multiplex and a hospital will be auctioned in Saraswati Hi-Tech City. The plots ranging in size from 2,081.27 square metre to 8,486 square metre, with reserve prices between Rs 8.75 crores to Rs 17.84 crore. Additionally, industrial plots measuring 8,832 square metre and 11,598.3 square metre in Bhuragadh Industrial Area will be auctioned with reserve prices of Rs 1.25 crore and Rs 1.69 crore respectively.
In Moradabad, a 6,802.42 square metre plot is available for a petrol pump in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) with a reserve price of Rs 7.44 crore.
In Amethi, five plots in Kauhar Industrial Area, Amethi, ranging from 406.27 to 419.81 square metre have reserve prices between Rs 15.23 lakh to Rs 15.74 lakh.
Industrial plots are also available in Banda, Hamirpur, Mainpuri and Amroha.
In Unnao, 10 commercial and industrial plots are available, primarily located in Trans Ganga City. These can be used for a variety of purposes, including schools, shopping centers, BPOs, clubs, women’s hostels, banquet halls, community centres, petrol/CNG stations and hospitals. Plot sizes range from 2,504.82 square metre to 19,769.48 square metre, with reserve prices between Rs 11.38 crore to square metre 44.91 crore.
