The United Malyalee Association (UMA) Bhopal is celebrating Onam festival on Sunday, at 6 PM at the SN Mission Hall, Subhash Nagar, Bhopal. Since its establishment in 1984, UMA has been dedicated to serving the community with compassion and commitment.
Over the decades, UMA has consistently provided essential support, including medical aid, financial assistance, blood donation drives, and more.
OD Joseph, President of UMA, said, “Onam festival is an opportunity for us to celebrate our rich cultural heritage and the spirit of togetherness. As we host this year’s festivities, we are reminded of the resilience and unity of our community. We are honored to continue our engagement with our fellow Malaylees and look forward to sharing this special occasion with everyone.”
The Onam Celebrations 2024 will showcase a vibrant array of cultural performances, including traditional and contemporary dances by Kalanjali, Bhopal, captivating classical arts by Prathibhalaya Arts Academy, and dynamic performances by Natyashri.
