Participating in a two-day training workshop on technical knowledge sharing was held at the headquarters of Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company. Managing Director Sunil Tiwari said engineers should overcome gaps by using knowledge.
Addressing the opening session of the two-day workshop, M.P. Transco Managing Director Sunil Tiwari stated that the two phases of the workshop have yielded positive results.
He mentioned that the basic objective of such workshops is to successfully implement the techniques learned during training at the site.
He stated that with the retirement of older employees, MP Transco is short of manpower; the only way to overcome this gap is for the engineers and staff to continuously augment their knowledge and share the acquired technical knowledge with their colleagues.
Tiwari noted that learning is a continuous process, and this technical training is conducted for this purpose only. These training sessions are being delivered by the best engineers of MP Transco.
