State may witness heavy rain from July 22

The effect of the low circulation forming in the Bay of Bengal will also be seen in Jharkhand. Its effect is likely to be seen in different parts of the State from July 22. Ranchi Meteorological Center informed that there is chances of heavy rain at many places in Kolhan and the central part of the State on July 22 and July 23.

The Meteorological Center has issued a yellow alert regarding this. It is also expected that the weakened monsoon in Jharkhand will gain momentum.

The Meteorological Center informed that on July 22 there may be heavy rain at some places in Chaibasa, Jamshedpur, Saraikela-Kharsawan, Khunti and Ranchi as well as some parts of Ramgarh. At the same time, on July 23, there is a warning of heavy rain at many places in these districts as well as Latehar, Gumla and Lohardaga. In such a situation, there may be good rain for three days, in such a situation, there is a strong possibility of the monsoon, which has been sluggish for the last few days, to intensify once again.

There was sporadic rain at many places in the capital Ranchi on Sunday morning and Saturday. The highest rainfall of 24 mm was recorded in Baghmara of Dhanbad. At the same time, Govindpur received 17 mm and Bokaro received around 13 mm of rain. The maximum temperature of the capital remained below 30 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature of other districts is also between 30 to 35 degrees Celsius.

In the last 24 hours, it rained in many districts including Ranchi in Jharkhand. There will be continuous heavy rain in the State from July 23. An alert has been issued regarding this. This information was given by the Ranchi Meteorological Center located at the Ranchi airport on July 21, 2024.

The Meteorological Center informed that no major change is expected in the maximum temperature in the State during the next 5 days. The center informed that there is a strong possibility of light to moderate rain at many places in the State on July 25.

There is a possibility of heavy rain at some places in the southern and adjacent central parts of the State on July 23. Its effect will be seen in Khunti, Gumla, West Singhbhum, East Singhbhum, Saraikela-Kharsawan, Simdega districts.

There is a possibility of heavy rain at some places in the central and adjacent northern parts on July 24. Its effect will be seen in Ranchi, Ramgarh, Bokaro, Hazaribagh, Dhanbad, Giridih, Koderma districts. There is a possibility of heavy rain at some places in the north-eastern and adjacent south-eastern parts of the state on July 25. Its effect will be seen in West Singhbhum, East Singhbhum, Saraikela-Kharsawan, Jamtara, Deoghar, Dumka, Pakur, Godda, Sahibganj districts.
