Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva on Sunday accused the senior AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh of starting a drama of being concerned about the health of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
Sachdeva alleged, “He, like other AAP leaders, is now saying that Kejriwal's weight has decreased, but perhaps Sanjay Singh forgot to mention that even he was getting facilities inside the jail and that Arvind Kejriwal is getting even better facilities.”He claimed that the problem is not with the facilities but rather a well-planned conspiracy by Arvind Kejriwal, who is deliberately eating less homemade food to lose weight so that he can use weight loss as an excuse to get bail. “It would not be an exaggeration to say that Arvind Kejriwal is playing a game of jail and bail through food and medicine cuts,” he alleged.
The Delhi BJP chief said, “By presenting himself as a victim before the court, Arvind Kejriwal wants to show that he is being mistreated in Tihar, but this conspiracy of Arvind Kejriwal is not going to succeed.”
Describing Kejriwal as ‘a mastermind criminal’, Sachdeva stated, “He will still be punished for the crime he committed in the liquor scam in Delhi, no matter how much his entire ecosystem makes noise because he is the main orchestrator of the liquor scam.”
