Special training sesson for new DSPs

A special session for orientation in service during the basic training of 43rd batch Deputy Superintendents of Police was organized at Madhya Pradesh Police Academy, Bhopal on Tuesday.

Principal Secretary Home Sanjay Dubey was specially present in this session. Dubey told the trainee officers the three principles of availability, eagerness and entrepreneurship for success in service.

He told the trainees that as soon as you wear the uniform, you will have to be available to the public at all times. It is your responsibility to listen to everyone who comes to you and resolve their problem in a legal manner. You will not only get training in policing in the two years of training, but even after the training, you will have to be eager to learn throughout your service period, only then you will be able to do justice to your job.

Dubey said that only entrepreneurship makes a government servant successful. You have to create your good image among the public by working hard all the time. He also advised to work with coordination and dedication in administrative services. Shri Dubey said that by being in the police service, we should always be ready to help the weaker sections.

On this occasion, Special Director General of Police, Training Branch of Police Headquarters, Anuradha Shankar also addressed the trainees.

He said that all trainee officers come under the category of public servants, who should work boldly and independently as per the intention of the Constitution and law. Underlining the importance of training, he inspired the trainees to complete their training with full dedication.

Deputy Director of the Academy Malay Jain presented the welcome speech and outline of the training in the program and Superintendent of Police, PTS Bhaunri Rashmi Pandey expressed her gratitude to the guests.

The program was conducted by Assistant Director (Training) Neeraj Pandey. On this occasion, Irmeen Shah, Samani, all the officers, trainers and staff of Police Headquarters and Police Academy were present.
