A special meeting of the general members was held at the premises of Kali Puja Trust under the chairmanship of Krishna Chandra Jha at Sector 2 Bokaro to discuss the successful organization of the upcoming Kali Puja Utsav. During the meeting, a sub-committee was formed to oversee the arrangements for the festival.
Mihir Kumar Jha, was unanimously elected as the Puja Convener, announced that the festival will be celebrated with the same grandeur as in previous years. He added that this year, as always, the traditional ritual of "Rasan Chowki" will be performed by artists Vilat Ram and his team from Madhubani.
Roshan Kumar Tarun was appointed as the Treasurer, while Subhadra Chaudhary 'Rambabu' was named Co-Convener. The Puja in-charge roles were given to K.C. Jha, Shailendra Mishra, B.N. Thakur, and Sonu. The responsibility for the cultural programs and pandal arrangements was jointly assigned to the Convener, Co-Convener, and General Secretary.
General Secretary Sunil Mohan Thakur revealed that well-known artists and lyricists from Mithila, Madhubani, and Darbhanga would perform during the cultural programs. Gangesh Kumar Pathak, the Media In-charge, outlined the key events, stating that on October 31, rituals like the Parthiv Shiv Ling worship, Hanumat Dhwaj ceremony, and cultural performances will take place, followed by Maha Aarti and Maha Bhog on November 1, when the Prasad of Kali Puja will be distributed.
