Pujya Prakash Superintendent of Police, Bokaro, conducted a physical inspection of Inter-District peripherals checkposts for the peaceful and impartial implementation of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024.
Late in the evening on March 23, 2024, he inspected the Tirou checkpost near Gayachanda Panchayat in the jurisdiction of Jaridih police station, near the border with West Bengal, and the inter-district checkpost near Telmochho Bridge in the jurisdiction of Chas (M) police station, near the border with Dhanbad district being one of the critical point .
Following the inspections conducted by SP Bokaro, necessary directives were promptly issued to police officials and personnel. In response, they diligently carried out nocturnal patrols in urban areas across the region. These patrols were essential to ensure the integrity and peace of the area leading up to the highly anticipated Lok Sabha elections of 2024.
Notably the patrols covered various strategic locations within urban areas, including residential neighborhoods, commercial districts, and important thoroughfares. This comprehensive approach allowed law enforcement to effectively monitor and respond to any unusual activities or security concerns that may arise.
