The Gurugram police has filed a chargesheet in the court against seven people arrested for the murder of ex-model Divya Pahuja. The chargesheet has been filed against the main accused Abhijeet Singh, Ravi Banga, Hemraj, Om Prakash, Megha, Pravesh and Balraj Gill. In its chargesheet, the police cited altercation as the reason for the Model Divya Pahuja murder.
Divya Pahuja, a former Gurugram-based model and girlfriend of slain gangster Sandeep Gadoli was murdered on January 2. The Gurugram Police filed the charge sheet in the court on Tuesday.
The chargesheet said that Divya was shot dead by the hotel owner Abhijeet after an altercation in an inebriated condition. However, in the FIR, Divya’s sister had also accused gangster Sandeep Gadauli’s brother Brahm and his sister of being involved in the murder conspiracy. Seven people involved in the murder have been arrested and sent to jail so far.
The police said that the role of gangster Sandeep Gadoli’s family in this has not been revealed yet. To complete its investigation, the police team will give notice to both of them to join the investigation and for the statement. During the police investigation, a notice has also been issued to Vijay, the operator of Hotel City Point. He is accused of misleading the police team that reached the spot on the incident day.
