On September 8, the Hot Strip Mill set a new record by achieving its highest-ever daily production of 15,101 tons/671 coils, surpassing the previous best of 14,486 tons/661 coils. This milestone comes after the recent upgrades to the finishing and coiler sections of the mill.
Director-in-Charge Birendra Kumar Tiwari and Executive Director (HR and Additional Charge Operations) Rajan Prasad met with the mill’s officers and staff on September 9 to congratulate them on this remarkable achievement. The senior management of Bokaro Steel also extended their congratulations to all supporting departments and contract workers, commending the entire Hot Strip Mill team for their dedication. Chief General Manager (Hot Strip Mill) V.K. Singh, along with other senior officials, were present on the occasion to celebrate this success.
