A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology), Ranchi and Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Ranchi here on Thursday for providing free skill development training to 80 project affected candidates.
After this MoU, CIPET, Ranchi will provide residential skill development training including placement to the youth of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Ranchi project area in the field of plastic engineering and the entire program will be sponsored by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Ranchi.
The MoU was signed by S. Samant, Senior General Manager, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Ranchi and Praveen B. Bachhav, Joint Director and Head, CIPET Ranchi. Rajesh Kumar Saini, Senior Deputy General Manager, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Ranchi and Md. Masoom Haider, Assistant Technical Officer from CIPET Ranchi were present on the occasion.
Under this MoU, 80 beneficiaries of Jharkhand will be provided employment along with training in plastics processing. The training is completely free and residential. The Director and Head of CIPET Ranchi, while throwing light on the said training program, gave information about the skill development training done earlier and resolved to achieve the current target. S. Samant, Senior General Manager congratulated CIPET Ranchi for successfully achieving the target of this new MOA.
