Under the chairmanship of Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Jitu Patwari and the presence of Media Department head Mukesh Nayak, a meeting of the party's spokespersons and media panelists was held at the PCC headquarters auditorium. The meeting focused on effectively raising public interest issues while maintaining a constructive and responsible opposition stance.

Addressing the gathering, Jitu Patwari emphasized the importance of presenting Congress's viewpoint responsibly across TV channels and media platforms.

He criticized the BJP for spreading hatred, claiming it is pushing the country toward unrest. “In line with the party leadership's directives, we must raise public issues with full logic and expose the BJP's flawed policies. Simultaneously, we should convey the Congress Party's stance, policies, and vision to the public,” he stated.

Patwari urged the team to use platforms like YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital channels to widely disseminate their messages. “It is crucial to explain to the public that the BJP is only focused on divisive politics and has no concern for public welfare,” he said.

Referring to the BJP's attitude toward Congress and Rahul Gandhi, Patwari called for a strong response. He accused the BJP of attacking Dr. Ambedkar's Constitution and discriminating against Dalits, tribals, women, and backward classes. “Our media team has significant challenges ahead. We must not be fearful but face them head-on. Both traditional media and social media are equally important, and we must actively engage in spreading our positive messages widely,” he added.

Mukesh Nayak, PCC Media Department head, criticized the BJP's divisive politics, stating it has caused widespread discontent across the country. He urged Congress spokespersons to fearlessly present the party's viewpoint and rigorously challenge the BJP's policies. “The Constitution guarantees the rights of Dalits, tribals, and minorities, and the BJP cannot take these away,” Nayak said.

Highlighting the need for strategic training, Nayak announced plans for an upcoming spokesperson training program, as envisioned by the PCC president. He called for a strong focus on constitutional and public issues, ensuring the BJP's diversionary tactics are countered with determination.

The meeting concluded with a unanimous commitment from Congress media representatives to responsibly represent the party's views and policies while countering misinformation effectively.
