A total of 69,04,329 beneficiaries have submitted applications for renewal of their ration cards as of Monday, an official communiqué said.
As part of the public distribution system, the work of renewing 77 lakh ration cards began on January 25 and will conclude on March 15.
Renewal applications can be filed through the Food Department’s app or website http://khadya.cg.nic.in/
Beneficiaries unable to use the online tools can file applications through fair price shops.
