The Human Resource Development Department of CCL organised a one day capacity building programme on Cyber Security on October 16.
The programme was inaugurated in the presence of CVO, CCL, Pankaj Kumar, General Manager (Vigilance), AK Singh and General Manager (Systems), Suresh Behera. Pankaj Kumar and Suresh Behera addressed the participants and wished them a productive and interactive session emphasizing the importance of cyber security.
The session discussed key topics such as digital literacy explaining how safe we are online, do’s and don’ts while navigating various internet sites, pillars of cyber security (confidentiality, integrity and availability), and how to build a strong cyber security culture on the importance of fostering a strong cyber security culture.
The programme proved to be highly beneficial, providing valuable insights both professionally and personally as well as equipping the participants with the necessary knowledge to protect themselves and their organisations from cyber threats.
It is known that this capacity building program was organized under the ongoing Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2024 in CCL. Under this campaign, many programs are being organized by CCL in all areas including the headquarters.
