A court on Tuesday sentenced a 28-year-old man to life term in jail for killing his wife in Raipur city in 2019.
Additional Public Prosecutor Shamim Rehman said Eighth Additional Sessions Judge Madhusudan Chandrakar found Prahlad Yadav guilty.
Yadav of Noorani Chowk on December 13, 2019 beat his wife Tara Bai alias Pinky at their rented house after suspecting her fidelity. She died on the spot.
