A 50-year-old auto rickshaw driver in Rajiv Nagar located in MP Nagar police station area died under suspicious circumstances, family has alleged that two nephews and a niece have been murdered over a property dispute.
The uncle and nephews were having a dispute over property. The police said that a case has been registered in the matter. The case is being investigated. Further action will be decided after the investigation. At present, the PM report has not been received.
The deceased Shafiq Khan, resident of Rajiv Nagar Maidamil, used to work as an auto rickshaw driver. His nephews Sabir-Shaukat and nephew Jumman also live there.
The deceased's brother-in-law Abdul Salim Khan said that there was a dispute between the nephews and Shafiq regarding the ancestral house. To resolve this dispute and after mutual consultation, the nephews called the uncle home in the name of selling the house.
Shafiq's nephew Jumman was also present here. During the conversation, a dispute arose and the three accused started beating Shafiq.
