A man was beaten up by agents of brokers outside the reservation building located at the main railway station of Bhopal in the morning on Sunday, victim claimed that GRP & RPF caught the accused but released them within a few minutes and they started to threaten him again.
The victim Ajmal Khan told that on Sunday morning the agents of the brokers assaulted him up at the gate of the reservation building. Ajmal has accused the broker and his agents were supported by police internally.
A complaint was made to the RPF, in which it was said that after releasing the accused, they would be threatened again.
Complainant Ajmal Khan said that the reservation counter of Railways opens at eight in the morning. He stood in line outside the main gate and sat in front of the gate at 5.30 am on Sunday morning.
After some time, a person named Aamir came with four-five of his companions. He asked me to move away from the gate. He abused me and threatened to kill me if I refused. When I protested, he pushed me. I complained about this to GRP and RPF. The police caught two of the five accused immediately but released them after 10 minutes. They came to the reservation counter and started threatening me again.
Ajmal Khan said that they are people of brokers. Every day, a large number of people line up at these counters even before they open. They don't even have any form. In between, someone gives another form to the people standing in the queue and goes away.
