NCP state president and Hussainabad MLA Kamlesh Kumar Singh today joined the BJP along with hundreds of supporters at a function organised at the BJP state office.
Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and BJP state president Babulal Marandi were present on the occasion.
On this occasion, MLA Kamlesh Singh said that he feels proud to be associated with the country's largest party BJP. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the most popular leader in the world. Only BJP will change the picture and fate of Jharkhand. He will ensure BJP's victory in the entire Palamu division. He said that BJP is an ocean. Opponents have no status. He will work like a soldier by joining BJP. He said that unemployment, loot, infiltration, rape, murder have increased in Jharkhand in the last 5 years. False promises were made to the public during the elections. They were given false assurances. There is a difference between the words and actions of the current government. They were feeling helpless there.
Former state president and convener of the joining committee Ravindra Kumar Rai said that BJP is a party that spreads hope in despair and frustration. The party takes everyone along. BJP is the creator of the state. BJP also has the responsibility to save and develop the state.
State president and former chief minister Babulal Marandi said that there was a power crisis in the year 2005. Kamlesh Singh ji supported BJP while being in the government. When BJP called, Kamlesh ji was ready to support. His arrival will give new energy and strength to BJP in Jharkhand. Kamlesh ji has joined BJP only after talking to NCP. Everyone is welcome in Bharatiya Janata Party. Those who are workers of the organization, they should look at the bigger goal. Jharkhand has to be taken out of the difficulty.
Assam Chief Minister and election co-incharge Hemant Biswa Sarma said that Kamlesh Singh has been a member of BJP since long. Today only technical formalities have been completed. Slowly the time is coming when the election will be announced. Kamlesh ji is requested to take everyone along. This time NDA government will be formed with full majority in Jharkhand. If everyone has faith then no one can stop the change. Kamlesh ji's contribution will give strength to the change. Jharkhand has to be taken among the first five states on the parameters of development.
Sarma said that we have a big war ahead of us. How do we win this war, it is the responsibility of every worker working in the organization. We should cooperate with the party. We should rise above our likes and dislikes and see that a BJP government is needed in Jharkhand to take Jharkhand on the path of development and out of the dark age. The cooperation of every worker is needed to form a BJP government.
