Centre for Medical Education and Technology (CMET), AIIMS Bhopal organized Internship Induction Programme- 2024 for undergraduate medical and nursing interns to help them settle in and ensure they have the necessary knowledge and support to perform their role to best of their capacity. This program was also intended to make the medical and nursing interns professionally confident and competent to provide high quality patient care at AIIMS Bhopal after the completion of 9th semester and 3rd year of their course, respectively.
The One-week Internship induction programme by the team CMET, AIIMS Bhopal started on 1st January 2024 for 100 MBBS students of 2019 batch and 75 BSc (Hons) nursing students of 2020 batch which is unique of its kind and caters not only to the cognitive quotient of the student but also to the psychological and social quotient to facilitate acclimatization into the internship period.
