Municipal Corporation Bhopal (BMC) is providing basic facilities to the citizens of the city in a better way. Along with providing shelter to homeless citizens coming from outside the city arrangements for night rest and those who spend the night in public places are also made.

Arrangements were also made to light bonfires to provide relief to the citizens from the harsh cold. In this sequence, the corporation has decided to light bonfires at 415 places in the city.

Arrangements are being made regularly. This arrangement of the corporation was adopted by the citizens and it is also being appreciated.

On the instructions of Corporation Commissioner Frank Noble A, the entire staff of the Corporation 21 apart from the shelters falling under the zones, bus stands, railway stations,

places including hospitals where there is high traffic of citizens at night occurs or citizens spend the night outside their homes for any reason, such bonfires at 415 places in the city to provide relief to citizens from the harsh cold.

Assistant Health posted at the zonal level of the corporation wood is collected daily from the Horticulture Department of the Corporation at the places identified by the officials and is made available and this system is also regularly monitored by seniors  officials.

This arrangement of the corporation is reviewed from time to time by the Chief Minister, Ministers, Mayor and others.

Public representatives also visited shelter sites and bonfire sites and inspected them. Being and citizens are required to protect themselves from the cold as best they can.

Instructions are also being given to implement which the corporation staff will take prompt action.

Arrangements are being made to burn bonfires at 16 places in Zone No. 01, whereas in Zone No. 02 07 place in Zone no. 03 out of 12 places, zone no. 19th place in 04, zone no. 05 in 17 Location, Zone No. 06 out of 22 places, zone no. 30 place in 07, zone no. 08 in 122 places, Zone no. 01 place out of 09, zone no. 15th place out of 10, zone no. 04 out of 12 places, zone

Sl. 12th place out of 13, zone no. 04th place out of 14, zone no. 10th place out of 15, zone no. 16 15th place in Zone no. 07th place out of 17, zone no. 16th place out of 18, zone no. 19 in 21 locations, Zone No. 10th place out of 20 and zone no. Burning of bonfires at 21 out of 55 places arrangements are being made.
