Under Special Campaign 4.0, a grievance redressal camp was organized on Saturday at Central Hospital Gandhinagar, CCL, Ranchi for the employees and contract workers working in the hospital. A total of 21 complaints were registered from Central Hospital, Gandhinagar.
Of all the complaints, most were related to settlement of quarter maintenance, PF and pension claims, while others were related to service book matters. Most of the cases were either resolved or timely and specific resolution of their complaints was ensured to all the candidates, who were satisfied with the response given to them.
General Manager (CCMC), NK Jha, General Manager (Man Power), Kavita Gupta, General Manager (Social Security), Rajiv Ranjan Sharma, Chief Manager (P), Resolution Cell, AK Malik, Senior Manager (P-NEE), Sanjay Bharti, Manager (Personnel), Shelly T Nag, Deputy Manager (Finance-CMPF), Somnath Banerjee, Deputy Manager (Civil), Nasir Tauheed, Assistant Manager (Civil), Rajan Kumar Choudhary, Assistant Manager (Personnel), Vaibhav Saluja, Assistant Manager (Personnel), GNH, Seraj Ahmad, Assistant Manager (Personnel), CMS Shikha Awasthi and representatives of Contractual Workers were present on the occasion.
All employees, contractual workers welcomed the initiative of Grievance Redressal Camp.
