The Odisha Government has asked all its employees to submit their annual property statements by January 31.
All Government employees starting from the level of Group D to Group A have been asked to submit their updated property statements for the year 2023 through HRMS portal by January 31, said General Administration and Public Grievances Department Additional Secretary Sashank Sekhar Dash in a letter to all departments, head of the departments, RDCs and district Collectors on Monday.
The Government employees are supposed to submit complete information regarding their assets, including movable and immovable, and the value thereof online through the HRMS portal as per Odisha Government Servants Conduct (Amendment) Rules-2021, said the letter.
In his letter, Dash has asked the head of the departments, RDCs and Collectors to sensitize the employees under their respective jurisdictions to submit their property statement by the due date.
