Emotional farewell given to employees retiring from CCL

Seven employees retiring from various departments of CCL Headquarters, Darbhanga House, Ranchi – General Manager Electrical and Mechanical Department, Manoj Kumar Sharma, General Manager (Excavation) Anuj Kumar, Chief Manager (E&M), Arun Kumar Tiwari, Office Superintendent, Gandhinagar Hospital, Anoop Kumar Darad, Fitter, TA Department, Raj Kumar Bhar, Helper, E&M Department Samula Ansari and Safai Mate/Jamadar, Gandhinagar Hospital Jethu Ram, were given an emotional farewell by organizing a “Samman-cum-Vidaay Samaroh” on behalf of CCL.


It is known that a total of 84 employees have retired from CCL in the month of July.

On this occasion, CMD, CCL Nilendu Kumar Singh, Director (Personnel) Harsh Nath Mishra, Director (Technical/Operations) Harish Duhan and CVO Pankaj Kumar along with department heads of the headquarters, family members of the retiring employees and a large number of officers and employees were present.

CCL CMD Singh said in his address that all of you are integral members of the CCL family and will remain members of the family. He said that all of you have decided the condition and direction of the company due to which the company is determined to produce 100 million tonnes of coal in the current financial year. Singh said that whenever all of you have personal needs, the company is ready to help you.

Director (Personnel) Mishra said that you have made a lasting impact in your respective fields of work and your legacy will continue to inspire others. He congratulated everyone on retirement and wished them a happy future.

Director Technical and Operations Harish Duhan said that your retirement should be a time of joy and new beginnings and all of you should do good work for the society in your life.

Chief Vigilance Officer Kumar said that you have dedicated your life's time and energy to the company and now it is time to enjoy the fruits of your labor. He said that whatever amount you will get from the company after service, it would be appropriate to spend it on yourself. On this occasion,

CMD Singh honored all the retiring employees by giving them shawl, coconut, bouquet, souvenir, honor letter, service certificate and others.

On this occasion, a short film was also screened on the work experiences of the retiring employees through which the retiring employees shared the memorable moments of their entire service period with everyone.

The program was conducted, welcome address and vote of thanks was given by Head of Department (Welfare) Rekha Pandey. The Welfare Department and other related departments had a special contribution in making the program successful.
