The Doctors Wives Association organised Sawan Milan on 14th August 2024 at l M A Hall.The members clad in green bubbled with enthusiasm for participation. But before starting the program, a minute’s silence was observed by everyone in memory of the lady doctor who lost her life in Kolkata recently. Chairperson Vinita Sharan and Founder cum Co-Chairperson Jhooma Sarkar extended their warm wishes to the ladies.
President Shreela Choudhary delivered the welcome address .Highlighting the importance of this auspicious month, Secretary Amrita Baidya thanked everyone for their participation.The programme began with Shiv stuti by Chanda followed by dances and songs.The biggest attraction of the event was the ramp walk by the ever enthusiastic ladies flaunting their beautiful saris, mehndi and jewellery.
The organisers including Treasurer Monideepa Dasgupta, Shobha Kumar, Rekha Mishra, Manju Khaitan,Nita Sahay, Kamlesh Middha,Anju Kumari Singh,Pallavi Sharan,Neelum Shekhar along with the above mentioned office bearers won accolades for the entertaining program.
