The submission was made to East Singhbhum's Executive District President (City), Dharmendra Sonkar. The Jamshedpur East Assembly constituency is known to be one of the most contested and significant among the six assembly constituencies under the East Singhbhum district.

Addressing the media, Dharmendra Sonkar expressed the sentiment of anticipation and support within the community, stating, "The Jamshedpur East Assembly was waiting for a long time for Jamshedpur's universally accepted leader, the messiah of the poor and needy, Dr. Ajoy Kumar."
