Instant help. It was seen today in the routine Janta Darbar here in the Palamu collectorate.
A senior disabled citizen Nissar Ahmad of Haidernagar reached the Janta Durbar of the DC Shashi Ranjan and narrated his woes as to how disability has rendered him immobile.
DC immediately asked the district social welfare office to make available one tricycle to Nissar Ahmad. The tricycle was soon made available on the spot.
As the disabled had come from Haidernagar, he was given eatables too. Shashi Ranjan spoke to him in the portico of the collectorate Block A.
A humane touch by the Palamu administration today was appreciated by many here.
