In its commitment towards Clean Delhi, the Delhi Development Authority(DDA)on Wednesday conducted cleanliness drive in Siraspur Housing Pocket on the occasion of Swachh Bharat Diwas, celebrating birthday of Mahatma Gandhi.

Siraspur is one of the prominent locations where DDA has offered flats under the recently launched housing scheme.

 Under the Sasta Ghar Scheme, DDA is offering LIG flats in Siraspur starting from Rs 15 lakh after giving 15 percent discount. The flats are equipped with many facilities and ample surface parking.

The area is close to G T Karnal Road and Sameypur Badli metro station. It is conveniently located with many schools, hospitals and amusement park close to its vicinity.

The cleanliness drive was led by Ashok Kumar Gupta, Engineer Member, DDA, and Chittaranjan Dash, Principal Commissioner, DDA along with DDA officers and staff and general public.

The DDA is developing greens around the housing pockets to improve quality of life for the buyers. Besides, additional final touches are being given to housing blocks to add value. Furthermore, DDA is also in touch with local bodies to ensure cleanliness of the area.

The DDA launched its three housing schemes in August 2024-Sasta Ghar and Madhyam Vargiya Housing Schemes and Dwarka Housing Scheme for various locations like Dwarka, Jasola, Narela, Rohini, Loknayakpuram, Ramgarh and Siraspur for various categories of flats.

While buyers can book flats for the first two schemes on First Come First Serve (FCFS) basis, flats were sold through e-auction in Dwarka Housing Scheme.

The Dwarka Housing scheme has been closed while First Come First Serve is still in operation and buyers can book flats by login to DDA’s website.

All the flats are freehold property and ready to move in. For the convenience of buyers, sample flats are also available so that buyers can take informed decision.  The schemes have received impressive response with buyers showing interest on all categories of flats at various locations.
