The one-day training program for senior officials of all cells related to the preparation of Lok Sabha General Elections, 2024 by the state level master trainer was started on Thursday by lighting the lamp by Deputy Commissioner Dr. Waghmare Prasad Krishna. On the occasion, information was given by the Deputy Commissioner about the responsibilities given to the senior officials of all the cells. The Personnel Cell was directed to prepare a database of personnel. The Vehicle Cell was instructed to ensure the availability of vehicles as per the route chart.
The Law and Order cum Code of Conduct-cum-Routechart Cell was instructed to make related preparations. Timings of training for the General Training-cum-EVM and VVPAT Training Cell- Instructions were given to prepare the schedule and organize the training. Besides, instructions were given to install necessary banners and standees at the time of training. EDC, Postal Ballot Paper Cell was directed to prepare the facility center in time. Senior officials of all the cells were instructed to make timely preparations and execute their tasks from time to time.
Deputy Development Commissioner Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat instructed the senior officials of all the cells to receive training very carefully in all the training programs related to elections. Besides, instructions were also given to provide necessary booklets and handbooks for the training to the senior officials of the cell. On the occasion, Akash Chopra, BDO Senha, as state level master trainer, gave information to the senior officials of all the cells about the activities organized under SVEEP and its preparation, facilities available through various mobile apps and portals for citizens, officials and political parties. was given. Information about online activities to be done before voting, on the date of voting and after voting was given through the Encore app. Through the Suvidha mobile app, candidates were given information about nominations and permissions related to various rallies.
Through the Saksham app, disabled voters were given information about the facilities available at home. Through C-Vigil App, information was given about violation of model code of conduct and expenditure violation by the candidate and the action to be taken under it. Percentage of voting, diary to be filled by the presiding officer and other information were given through the booth app. Information about the work done by General Observer, Expenditure Observer and Police Observer was given through Observer Portal. Training on NGRS, NGSP, NVSP, BLO App etc. was also given in the training. Additional Collector Saurabh Prasad, Sub-Divisional Officer Amit Kumar, Deputy Election Officer Narayan Ram and senior officers of all the cells were present in the training.
