Chhattisgarh Tribal Affairs Minister Ramvichar Netam told officials on Wednesday that efforts towards tribal development should be made with such commitment that the state gets its own identity globally.
“There should be an environment of education with cleanliness. Work should be done towards bringing out sports talent as well.”
“There will be no dearth of funds to meet the objectives of department.”
He said this while chairing a review meeting at the National Tribal Research Institute in Nava Raipur.
Netam instructed the officials to set up a gym on the premises.
He gave instructions to set up a centre for preparations for civil service competitive examinations in Bilaspur.
He also stressed the need for a concrete action plan for the development of the protected tribes.
