Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, after assuming the office as the Chief Minister, reached Gayatri Tirtha Shantikunj in Haridwar. After having darshan of Siddha Akhand Deepak, which has been lit continuously since 1926, he prayed for prosperity of the society. He also paid his tribute at the sacred memorial of Yugarishdvaya, Sajal Shraddha Prakhar Pragya. Shantikunj administrator Mahendra Sharma warmly welcomed Chief Minister Yadav.
The Chief Minister was assured by Akhil Vishwa Gayatri Parivar that the State Government will continue to get support in all the initiative designed for the regeneration of the society including women empowerment, awakening of the youth.
Yadav met the heads of Gayatri Parivar, Rev. Dr. Pranab Pandya and Rev. Shaildidi at Shantikunj and had their guidance and blessings on various subjects.On this occasion, Revered Dr. Pranab Pandya and Revered Shaildidi greeted Chief Minister Yadav with Mangal Tilak and honoured him by presenting him clothes with Gayatri Mahamantra printed on them. Haridwar MP Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank was also present.
