CM hands over 2500 offer letters to skilled youth in Pvt Sector

Chief Minister Hemant Soren today distributed offer letters to 2500 skilled youth in the "Employment Fair" organized at Tana Bhagat Indoor Stadium, Khelgaon, in Ranchi. On the occasion he said that the state government has included the textile industry in Jharkhand by making an excellent industry policy. The state government and textile industry people appointed 75% of the local people in their institutions as promised. Along with the state government, people from the textile industry have also worked step by step to provide employment to the needy people.

The CM said that in the last one and a half years, the state government has done the work of providing appointments to more than 50 thousand young men and women in the private sector. He said that earlier the youth of villages and villages used to prepare for army jobs, but in the present times, recruitments in the army have also stopped. Those children from villages and villages who used to get education while living in the city used to prepare for jobs in banks and railways, but due to wrong policy making, jobs in banks and railways have decreased today. Many central government enterprises have now gone into private hands, which is why government jobs are decreasing.

The CM said that by making a good industrial policy, our government has made a rule to provide employment to 75% of the local people in the industries established in the state.

Soren said that all the schemes made by the state government have been made according to the abilities and capabilities of the tribals and natives here, whether the plan is for women or men. He said that the women of the state are gradually becoming skilled and self-reliant. The women here also have an important contribution in strengthening the economy of the state. All the women present in this indoor stadium today have become self-reliant in some way or the other. The CM appealed to all the women present to join the schemes of the state government and become self-employed.

The CM said that if you yourself get involved in self-employment, then in the future you can also get other people involved in employment. The present state can become economically strong by connecting with various systems of the government.

The CM said that the government has launched the Abua Housing Scheme for the people deprived of permanent houses. At present our government is giving pension to all the persons above 60 years of age in the state. Disabled people and widows in the state are all covered under the pension scheme. Jharkhand is the first state in the country where Sarvajan Pension Scheme has been implemented. All the girls studying in the schools of the state are being linked to the Savitribai Phule Yojana. Under this scheme, girls are being given financial assistance for quality education. The Chief Minister said that children of tribals, Dalits, backward classes and minorities are now going to study abroad for some education.

The state government is providing 100% scholarship to the children studying abroad. The Chief Minister said that the state government thinks that the children here should also become doctors, engineers, lawyers, judges and other government officers after getting educated. For this purpose, Guruji Credit Card Scheme is being operated.

On this occasion, Rajya Sabha MP Mahua Maji, MLA Rajesh Kachhap, Chief Secretary L. Khyangte, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Vinay Kumar Choubey, Industries Secretary Jitendra Kumar Singh, JIADA MD Shashi Ranjan, Textile Industry Deepak Aggarwal and Sudhir. Dhingra along with a large number of young men and women who had received offer letters and other women were present.
