CCL celebrated 'Rashmirathi festival' on the occasion of 50th death anniversary of national poet Ramdhari Singh 'Dinkar'. This afternoon, the programme was inaugurated by CCL CMD Nilendu Kumar Singh by lighting a lamp along with other distinguished guests at the Convention Centre of CCL headquarters.

Organised on the auspicious occasion of 'Dinkar Janmotsav' and 'Hindi Pakhwada', this programme was attended by directors, heads of various departments and a large number of CCL officers, employees and other intellectuals from the society.

On this special occasion, CCL CMD Singh welcomed everyone and highlighted the valuable contribution of national poet Ramdhari Singh 'Dinkar' in building a harmonious society. Other guests who attended the programme also expressed their views. To make 'RashmiRathi Parv' successful and attractive, a national seminar was organized on the topic 'Contribution of National Poet 'Dinkar' in building a harmonious society'. On one hand, the play of Khandkaavya 'RashmiRathi' was staged under the direction of Mujeeb Khan, Head of IDEA, Mumbai, who is recorded in Limca Book of Records and World Wide Records, while on the other hand, 'mass recitation' was also organized on the topic 'RashmiRathi, Third Canto, Krishna's Warning'. The audience and listeners present there enjoyed it and appreciated it a lot.

Preeti Singh, President of Arpita Mahila Mandal, CCL also expressed her views while giving a speech in praise of Dinkar ji.

In this grand event, the convener of 'Rashmirathi' festival, great grandson of national poet 'Dinkar', Ritwik Udayan, President of national poet Ramdhari Singh 'Dinkar' Smriti Nyas, Delhi, Neeraj Kumar along with other learned literature lovers spoke in detail about the works of 'Dinkar' and his biography.

Under this event, an exhibition of Dinkar's literature was also organized, which attracted people.
