A four-day book fair ‘Story Box’ concluded here at Manas Bhawan on Sunday.
Organized by Book Tales, a Delhi-based book startup, the fair featured books in different genres like romance, fantasy, non-fiction, crime, and children's literature.
Het Rathod, co-founder of Book Tales, told The Pioneer about being in Bhopal and talked about the company's goal to encourage reading habits. He highlighted the idea that good books should be available to everyone at reasonable prices, which led to the unique 'Story Box' concept.
Rathod explained that the book fair carefully selected its books to cater to various tastes. The main aim was to inspire young people to take a break from screens and enjoy the world of books. The fair included a free reading area, and visitors could also get signed copies from authors.Book Tales, known for selling new and used books at affordable prices, introduced the 'Story Box' concept. Visitors could pay once for a box and fill it with as many books as it could hold. The boxes came in different sizes, like the Money Saver (for 10-13 books) and the Wealth Box (for 20-25 books).
