The Bokaro Police Department is set to host a state-level Public grievance resolution program on September 10, 2024. This significant event aims to address and resolve the grievances and complaints of the general public efficiently. The initiative underscores the commitment of the Bokaro Police to ensure that citizens' concerns are heard and swiftly dealt with.

The program will take place at multiple key locations across the Bokaro district, including ITI Campus, Pindrajora, DMS +2 High School in Chandrapura, Sector-2D Kala Kendra in Bokaro, and Middle School in Sivaridih, Marafari. These venues have been strategically selected to ensure accessibility for all citizens, allowing them to submit their grievances both in writing and orally. The event will also see active participation from high-ranking administrative officials, police station in-charges, and other relevant authorities, ensuring that every complaint is taken seriously and addressed on the spot.

Scheduled to commence at 11:00 AM, the campaign invites all citizens with unresolved issues to attend and take advantage of this opportunity. The Bokaro Police Department encourages participation, emphasizing that the resolution of public grievances is a top priority. This initiative represents a proactive approach to community engagement and public service, aiming to foster trust and cooperation between the police and the public.

In addition to in-person submissions, the Bokaro Police has also provided alternative channels for citizens to lodge their complaints. Those unable to attend can submit their grievances via the designated mobile number or email ID, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to have their voices heard.
