The Bhopal Management Association (BMA) hosted a talk on Leadership Assessment and Social Leadership by Pankaj Shukla on Saturday.
A large number of professionals, students, and entrepreneurs from the state capital attended the event.Shukla—President of the Association for Sustainable Rural Empowerment (ASRE) and CMD of Gramya—is widely acclaimed for his work in the sphere of rural development. His vision for "Samruddha Gram Samruddha Bharat" (Prosperous Villages for a Prosperous India) underscores the belief that national prosperity is intrinsically linked to the advancement of rural areas.
In his address, Shukla shared a practical framework for assessing individual leadership styles, enabling attendees to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. A key highlight of his talk was the emphasis on social leadership as a transformative force in driving sustainable change.
He articulated that effective leaders not only manage teams but also inspire and empower individuals to work towards a shared vision for their communities.
