BHEL has made immense contribution in the development of the country, currently it has an important role in the engineering and structural development of the country and in the future too, the contribution of BHEL will remain as memorable as ever", said Rajeev Singh, Executive Director, BHEL, Bhopal.

He expressed these remarks while addressing a large number of employees present at the program organized to celebrate BHEL Day at Hydro Lab campus on Tuesday. On this occasion, BK Singh, General Manager (HR.), Harish Kumar Sahu, Commandant, CISF, all General Managers, DROs, representatives of various trade unions and a large number of employees were present.

After hoisting the BHEL flag, Rajeev Singh administered the pledge to all the employees on BHEL Day that BHEL is committed to maintaining mutual trust and respect while protecting the interests of all stakeholders. In his address, he said that BHEL is a great company whose past is as glorious as its future is, and its future is equally dignified and prosperous.

He said that BHEL is receiving many important orders not only in the field of infrastructure, transportation, military equipment but also in the field of thermal power. As far as order book is concerned, BHEL has a very respectable order book. It is the duty of all of us to do our work with full dedication and complete all the orders within the stipulated time. He stressed on maintaining cleanliness at the workplace and strictly following safety standards.

Singh further said that BHEL has given a lot to all the employees and today our identity and social reputation has been created only because of BHEL. There are ups and downs in every company and today the need is that we do our work with full honesty and contribute to the production without wasting a single moment. After this, the Executive Director met the employees in various blocks, offices and doctors of Kasturba Hospital and wished them and their family members a Happy New Year.

On this occasion, awards for competitions related to organ donation at BHEL, Bhopal were also given by the Executive Director and General Manager (HR.).
